  • Where did Thrive Media Streaming come from?

    Thrive Media Streaming, the company and the concept, was born out of the “shelter in place” constraints placed on the US and the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Even though streaming capabilities have existed in the technology world for better than a decade, Thrive Media Streaming has opened up that technology to fill a need within the entertainment community. “We saw a need to help fill a void that was created when live performances were cancelled all over the world, we knew we could make a difference, and give artists and fans the opportunity to THRIVE."

  • How do I register for future shows with Thrive Media Streaming?

    In order to register for future shows simply click the “RSVP” button on the artist’s section of the homepage or the “RSVP” button in the artist’s section within the ThriveMediaStreaming.com website and follow the guided steps. We also recommend fans subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about exciting upcoming events!

  • Where do I purchase a ticket for a show?

    In order to purchase a ticket simply click on the “RSVP” button under the desired artist’s homepage section or the “RSVP” button in the artist’s section within the ThriveMediaStreaming.com website and follow the guided steps. Then enjoy the music!

  • I'm an artist. How can I have a performance streamed live?

    Send an email to info@thrivemediastreaming.com with your contact information, name, phone number, email, website and social media pages. We will evaulate your submission and respond within 14 days.

  • How many devices can I stream a concert with?

    You are allowed to stream one device at a time per household. Attempting to stream a second device will disconnect the first device. You will need to register for another pass to stream for each additional device.

  • What devices can I use to stream a concert?

    Most fairly new devices will stream with no issue. We recommend you check with your phone provider to verify you have one of the following browsers on your phone if you have concerns:
    Chrome for Android 78
    iOS Safari 12.0-13.2

  • Can I use the purchase information to send to other family members?

    The streaming ticket is only for one household, and any attempt from another location will require a purchased ticket.

  • Where do I register for a concert?

    Simply click on the “RSVP” button under your desired artist’s section on the homepage or navigate to the artist’s page within the ThriveMediaStreaming.com website and click on the “RSVP” button. Once you have clicked on the RSVP button just follow the guided steps and enjoy your music!

  • What is the “subscribe” button in the lower part of the screen for?

    The subscribe feature signs you up for Thrive Media Streaming email announcements. Subscribe to be the first to know about exciting upcoming events, and we will never sell your information.

  • Can I view past concerts?

    Concerts are available to ticket holders for a limited number of days after the live performance is initially viewed. Tickets may be purchased before and during the original concert and throughout the recorded post-concert timeframe.

  • Can I find an artist’s website from their Thrive page?

    Yes, by going to the desired artist’s page on ThriveMediaStreaming.com you can navigate directly to the artist’s homepage by clicking the button provided at the bottom right of the page.

  • Where can I find more information about Thrive artists?

    Each artist has their own informational page within the Thrive Media Streaming website. Simply click on the “Artists” section at the top middle of the website or from the menu option in the upper right hand corner of the website.

  • Why am I getting a gray screen when I try to register?

    Please verify you are using the correct email and password. If you still have problems, feel free to contact us through the chat window.

  • Why am I receiving an invalid credentials error?

    This error indicates that your email and/or password is incorrect. Please start by verifying that the email and password combination are typed in correctly. If you cannot remember your password please leave your email address within our chat window and the first available support representative will reset your password and will notify you via your registered email address.

  • Why am I unable to hear audio?

    Please verify you are using a supported browser, and that your audio is working for other functions on your device. Supported browsers are Chrome, FireFox, and Safari.

  • Why is my picture frozen?

    Typically if your stream freezes it is due to your internet bandwidth, otherwise known as slow internet speed. Try restarting your home internet device, then close and reload your browser. If you still experience issues please contact our support team via the chat function on our website.

  • How can I view a concert on my TV?

    If your computer has an HDMI output, a cable can be run from your computer to your TV. Roku, Fire Stick, and Apple TV applications are in development and will be available for use soon.

  • I missed the live concert. Will I still be able to view it?

    Yes, live concerts are recorded and available for viewing within roughly 1 hour after the live event ends. Typically, the concerts are available for replay for 3-7 days. Please visit www.thrivemediastreaming.com to check out all available concerts, and subscribe to our newsletter for updates on upcoming events.

  • How can I reset my password?

    Please start by verifying that the email and password combination are typed in correctly. If you cannot remember your password, or are locked out of your account please leave your email address within our chat window. The first available support representative will reset your password and will notify you via your registered email address.
